Cancellation

We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and The Forest Inn. Any reservation cancelled within 7 days of the date of arrival is liable to be charged at 50% of the quoted room rate times the number of nights booked, and any reservation cancelled within 2 days of the arrival is liable to be charged at 100% of the quoted rate times the number of nights booked - if we are unable to re-let the room.
